Actor Arjun Sarja made it big in Tamil and he is maternal uncle to Chiranjeevi, Dhruv, Bharath and Vijeeth Sarja. Two of ‘Sarja’ family Bharath and Vijeeth are making debut in two departments for ‘Pulikeshi’ Kannada cinema.

Bharath is emerging as cop in ‘Pulikeshi’ for the same film Vijeeth is scoring music with Chandan as co music director for the film.

A film with nerves of a cop is told in brisk pace by director Ma Baa. It is no excuse from ‘Pulikisehi’ in his blistering attack on silver screen. It is far away from melodrama and usual contents of an action cinema. Bharath Sarja taking training from Rangayana in Mysore and getting good attention every night for 15 days of shoot from director had appeared in the strong role. When there is so much of strength for a villain the film the dialogues of hero put down him. Bharath Sarja explained two such cases of his taking on villain Ravishanker. He has learnt the basics from a real life cop to inculcate in the film.

For this film ‘Pulikeshi’ – Ravishanker given one stretch of 225 seconds dialogues. This portion is shot on the advice of Ravishanker by the director. At this point only Ravishanker is seen on the silver screen. For this he had taken special attention in makeup. Ravishanker rendered an item song in this film Hagalu Rathri….

Ma Ba did not invite the media so far because he wanted to complete the film first and then go in for publicity. He tried for Arjun Sarja but he could not get the dates. Thriller Manju performed in that role.

Chandan and Vijeeth key board players for some time have tried new sounding for this film. A drum from China is utilized for a film song.

Sri Sai Group Enterprises Girish and Veeresh are producers of ‘Pulikeshi’. Duo producers have invested a portion for films like Eshtu Nagthi Nagu and Shambo Shankara.

Rekha Vedavyas is charming heroine of this film. The film is slated for release in the next month.
